Georgia Tech students participate in teams across a spectrum of environments from clubs/organizations to their academic classes. However, there has been very little formal instruction on how to effectively collaborate in teams. Dr. Realff works to equip student teams with the tools that they need to proactively reduce team friction and leverage their individual strengths. A focus on what strengths students have changes the conversation at Georgia Tech from what is “wrong” with you to what is “right” with you. This work enables the Georgia Tech community to communicate what they bring to the table and what they can contribute.
