Dr. Ancis serves as PI on a Department of Education Grant focused on the impact of accessible technology on underrepresented students with print-related disabilities at Minority Serving Institutions. She also serves as co-PI on an NSF Grant with the Department of Biomedical Engineering on diversifying the curriculum and fostering student’s intercultural skills. She develops and conducts implicit bias workshops at Georgia Tech for faculty and consult to the campus community on diversity, equity and inclusion projects, and also co-facilitates Leading Women@Tech, a women’s leadership program for those who are Director level and above.
